Roshi Yodani (養谷 老師, Yōdani Rōshi) is a martial arts master who trained much of the Tokyo Police Force, including Rinka's father. He is also an esper, with the power of clairvoyance.
Later in part 2, he becomes a supervisor of ESP Academy.

He is constantly dressed in a dog suit. Under his mask, he has very identical face to a Gremlin.
