Nullifying is one of superpowers found in Tokyo ESP series.
Overview[]
Nullifying is the power to strip, reveal, or nullify other powers. As demonstrated by Pelico, by using her telepathy, she can nullify each and every the Professor's illusions. A terrorist and/or member of ESP Liberation Front, Horus, has also this power. All of espers can't use their ability around her. Horus can also activate or deactivate it freely.
